- Use visible body! There are tons of resources that will help for review of the nervous system. 


"Highlights" From Each Module: 

* This list is a good "base" to build off of. Please make sure you are reviewing all items that were covered/emphasized in class.

1) 7.1- Overview of nervous system - "branches of the nervous system" chart, glial cells, action potential (steps, ions involved, charges, etc), structure of a neuron/synapse

2) 7.2 - Central nervous system - structures within the brain and their functions (as well as the functions and locations of the cerebral lobes), protective factors of the brain and spinal cord (meninges, CSF, blood brain barrier, skull, etc), grey matter vs. white mater

3) 7.3 - Peripheral Nervous System - review the components of a reflex arc, review all sensory neurons (and their 3 categories of classification), general information on reflexes 

4) 7.3 - Autonomic Nervous System - differences between ANS and SNS, branches of the ANS (sympathetic and parasympathetic - compare/contrast) 

5) The Special Senses - structures of the eye
